Child Therapy
At Tapia Blooming, we provide a nurturing and supportive environment for children between the ages of 6-18 years old facing various challenges both in English and in Spanish. Using evidence-based techniques tailored to each child's unique needs, our therapist fosters emotional growth, resilience, and healthy coping mechanisms. Whether your child is experiencing behavioral issues, difficulties with attention, anxiety, trauma, or any other concern, we are dedicated to guiding them toward healing and empowerment. We will meet weekly or bi-weekly via telehealth. In person sessions are currently unavailable.

Tapia Blooming offers immigration evaluations conducted in both English and Spanish. Compassionate evaluations are tailored to meet the specific needs of each individual including Hardship Waivers (Extreme Hardship, 601, 601A) and Asylum Wavers (Asylum, VAWA, U-Visa and T-Visa). Our evaluations are completed within 1-2 interviews where I will gather information including personal background, family background, educational and employment history, as well as medical and health health history conducted with professionalism and integrity. Clients can expect a comprehensive assessment that adheres to ethical standards and legal requirements, ensuring the written report submitted to your attorney within one week of our meeting. Our goal is to support individuals through this complex and often challenging aspect of their journey with empathy, respect, and expertise. Our evaluations take place via telehealth from the comfort of our own home.

Fees
Rates for sessions are dependent on session type. A sliding scale (reduced rate) is available on a case-by-case basis. Services are billed “out of pocket” practice, meaning that payment is “private pay” and is due at the time of service. I accept all major credit cards and Zelle. I gladly provide a “Superbill” for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. If you are looking for an in-network provider (i.e. covered by insurance), I recommend searching your insurance provider’s directory and/or searching Psychology Today for a full list.
Please Note
All sessions are currently virtual using HIPAA-compliant software for video and electronic recordkeeping. I am licensed in California and am accepting new clients who reside in California.
